Aiding employees in ******** activity.

For the past month I have been trying to submit my divorce decree to discovery health I was asked to email to *** to resolve my matter of my ex spouse which is their employee (Connel Thomas Samuel) to abide by the decree that states I need to stay under the medical aid. Today I received a notification saying I have been removed and to date no response from the administration team. I have expressed that this is a binding agreement and they have acknowledged so over the phone but yet still proceeded to aid in ******** conduct of maintenance agreements. I have asked for the steps in garnishee orders for spousal maintenance and still no response? Yet their employee is aided in ******** offences with a simple email while I have been phoning and sending numerous emails.
