Aid just suspended after debit order went of SUCCESSFULLY

My medical aid just got suspended! The debit order went off and when I phoned they said I must send pop. How do you send pop if it’s a debit order? And because it went off on the 4th I don’t have a statement yet only what’s on my bank. No one is getting back to me either!!
