Agent does not answer question

<p>I have just spent 16 minutes holding on for a agent to ask how much benefit is paid for a podiatrist consultation. I spoke to Nonombelo Govuza who could not tell me the Rand amount of the benefit and only repeated that it is paid subject to funds being available. She further told me that whatever the amount if funds are available any amount will be paid. Surely there is a Discovery rate for podiatrists?</p> <p>It sounded as though she was repaeting information parrot fashion.</p> <p>All I want to know is the Discovery rate for a podiatrist visit</p>
