Advertise one thing and act another!
Called Discovery on the 31st of July 2025, to join medical aid as from the 1st of August 2025. I joined Vitality as well with the 3 months advertised promotion. Received my medical aid confirmation as well as the Vitality joining letter, stating that entry date is 1 August 2025. Thus 3 months = August, September, October 2025. Yet I am billed for this month. Then when I call, I am told when I joined on the afternoon of the 31st of July, that July counted as the 1st month?!!! My joining letter also stated as from 1 August 2025? Kindly explain?
