Adverse listing for what!!!!!

On the 26th of April the below was my complain.

Discovery responded by saying they were in touch.... Mmmm NO!!!! You guys were not.

We have true caller on our phones so we can see who the person is that's trying to call.

Yes you guys have called and the minute we answer before 3 rings the calls get dropped by your agent.... Why!!!!! So, that you can say (we attempted to make contact woooooow)

I want that status/ stained removed from my name with a paid letter or contact needs to be made by end of June 2022 or I am taking this matter to the Ombudsman.

Handing clients over to laywers without making contact with them during all possible channels is ********. Also how was it possible for the lawyers to get hold of me after handover.

handed over for what I am so confuse about being handed over for an account because I canceled my medical aid because I resigned from my employer who paid the account on my behalf.

Also I was never made aware that I need to pay additional fee if my savings are up yet lawyers are phoning me.

When I made contact with Discovery, it was said you guys tried contacting me but only had the employer cellphone number and email address that is very strange.

My wife's information never changed and she was the one that was mostly in contact with you guys.
