Admission Declined

I was refused admission into hospital last year after my Jaw suddenly dislocated, which was clearly an accidental injury, because Disovery wanted to verify if I had had the injury for a year before joining the medical aid. Who walks around with a dislocated jaw for a year? My admission was only approved 3 WEEKS LATER....
