Administration is unorganised

Why Do I go to the DR with a medical aid card when I must pay R300 out of my own pocket? Of which I refuse to pay! my son and I have unlimited GP visits for secondary and primary DRs.the drs receptionist said you not going to cover forit,I will get my Lawyers onto this,if you guys do not solve this I will take this matter to the Board- Ombudsman...you guys are cheats!!!I am the kind of person who will stay in the range i Pay for,I dont go beyond my means!if there has been any changes or ammendments made to my plan,I would have known,but nobody informed me nothing....and it doesnt matter whether I go to my primary or secondary Dr,you are still required to pay for my visit,this is soooo freaking *********..if you guys are going to give me bull.....I will give you ****t!someone needs to call me ASAP.
