Administration/ Handling of Claims

<p>My wife was diagnosed with Schlero Derma in 2010. In 2014 Discover Health approved the monthly payment of the rental of a home based oxygen machine from Vital Aire as a PMB which they pay monthly in full with no problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now suddenly Discover Health finds it in order to pay the rental for three months from my savings account which resulted that there was no funds available in the savings account to pay for other medical claims and I have to pay for such claims cash. I requested Discovery Health to refund me for the rental which they erroneously paid out of the savings account in cash which they refused to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>A specialist cardiologist prescribed certain treatment for my wife as PMB. Discovery Health requested a examination by the specialist we was done. Discovery Health requested further tests by the specialists although the specialist told them that my wife's condition does not allow her to undergo any physical stress exercices. Discovery Health no refuses to pay the account of the specialist for the examination which was done on their request.</p>
