Admin stinks !

One of my employees was registered as a member of Discovery Health, contributions made by the business. The employee is deceased since May. Despite monthly communication and acknowledgement of the member being deceased, premiums continue to be deducted. They insist on speaking to the member - ??? Discovery do NOTHING but administer members funds for which they claim several billion rands from the members every year - YET they are incapable of doing basic membership administration
