Addressing complaints!

I received an e-mail from Dr. Noach (Chief Officer) asking me to complete a survey regarding my stay in Mediclinic Emfuleni. I don't even know where Emfuleni is let alone been admitted to a hospital there. Discovery claim that our Personal information protection is their top priority - obviously NOT. I sent Dr. Noach an e-mail requesting clarification of this breach and the way forward to correct it. NO REPLY. The lack of service delivery runs deeper then we think.
