Adding new members to a Medical aid package woes

What a horrible service by Discovery Health. How does your company explain the slow registration process of new additional family members to a medical aid package? I had to pay for my child's medical needs even though I have medical aid because someone is dragging their feet updating my medical aid certificate. Nonsensical and Useless.
