Add dependent blander

I've been a Discovery member from since I started working so its been a long time. This ONE TIME I require them not to drop the ball, guess what -> IT HAPPENS. I requested to add a dependent and received the confirmation letter (effective date in the future i.e. April). I move employers when I was removed from the group scheme, discovery WITHOUT INFORMING ME deleted my dependent. Removing the dependent is a crucial thing that THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST INFORMED ME ABOUT!!!. Imagine my dismay come 1st April and the dependent is not under my profile. Call them and response "I do apologize on behalf.....I agree we should have informed you". This is unacceptable and I should start from the beginning. WOWZA!!!. There are better and cheaper options out there so DO NOT THINK that the consumer has to accept this kind of "mishap" . Now this will extended the waiting period etc.
