Active Rewards Fault - Gym Visits Don’t Reflect
It appears as if Active rewards makes money by making it almost impossible to submit queries. Terrible app and very poor service.
Virgin Active Gym visits are not logging (since last week Tuesday). Tried the Vitality call Centre - no answer for more than 10 mins. Submitted a Vitality review request - no response. The send query option in the App doesn’t allow queries - just redirects you to existing ones.
