Accused of *****ing medical aids money. And now no apology

<p>Several months back I received a phone call from discovery dent administration. stating that I needed to pay back money that was paid to me as the medical aid had already paid the service provider. I was informed if I failed to do so immediately my benefits would be suspended, I would be sued and then black listed. When I asked about the date for this transaction I was informed it was 14 months prior to the phone call.</p> <p>I struggled over many rude phone calls where everytime I wanted to state my case that I had indeed paid the money to the service provider I was always cut off mid sentence. And when I got upset I was put on mute. And even had the phone put down on me.</p> <p>Luckily I got the service provider to draw a statement and prove that the medical aid was atfault. Now I can't get acknowledgement of this let alone an apology from them...... </p>
