Accounting people of discovery is pathetic!

Every month you make your payments early and discovery keeps on not processing your payments even when you are at the same bank as them so they get the money instantly they keep cutting off your medical even though you make the payments before the end of the month. And then you get threathened that you have to make double payments because they are not doing their jobs!!!!!! Really?!!!!!!What a bunch of *********** people who is working for Discovery!
