Account still outstanding from January

My son (Cameron Smith) underwent a surgical procedure in hospital on 13 January 2015. The doctors in error, submitted the account in my name as the principal member and Discovery rejected the claim. After various e-mails and multiple reference numbers from Discovery with the full explanation of the situation, the claim remains unpaid. I eventually paid the claim myself to avoid being blacklisted on 4 June. <br> It is obvious that Discovery claims staff do not read mails, nor do they LISTEN to their clients when speaking on the telephone, and if that were not enough they still reject claims without assessing the claims properly from the start! If they did their job from day 1 when the doctor submitted the claim (which they acknowledged receiving), they would have picked up the error easily and paid the claim.
