Account settled but still blacklisted
<p>Good day!! Firstly I must admit the Discovery Health is the WORST medical aid EVER! I am honestly appalled at your pathetic service.. We left Discovery Health the end of March of this year, Discovery decided to send our name to the Credit Bureau, we received a settlement amount from them which we paid last Thursday, we emailed through the receipt. Now are name is not cleared from the Credit Bureau... when will our name be cleared???!! </p>

I still find it unacceptable that u gave our name over to them before contacting us and this is totally unfair.. I said to Discovery that we received no correspondence from u about the outstanding amount.. We paid what we owed to u, now I have to struggle to get to normal.. Discovery aims to ***** from its members to make the "big boys" rich!!!!
