Account paid

My mom died mid-year. At the end of the year, Discovery made me pay back her day-to-day savings. Absolutely shocking. I said I would pay the amount off. Despite making regular payments, I started to receive endless SMS messages, threats, calls etc. The account was handed over. More messages, threats etc DESPITE the FULL AMOUNT being paid that I was instructed to pay. No amount of emails to Discovery are acknowledged or answered. Thank goodness I left this medical aid.
