Account debited without permission

I have taken out a smart essentail plan, The first payment should of been deducted this month, which it was done last month where I stopped the debit order as I told the sales consultant that it should of only started in April. I paid my mediacal aid on the 26th of April via EFT - R1100.00. as per agreement. Last week on the 2nd of May Discovery debited my account with R2400.00? I did not have R2400 in my account and FNB then charged me for the bounced debit order. I phoned Discovery to ask what is going on. I recieved a refrence number: ********** 50 saying that there was a problem with the debit orders and I will be refunded before 6May. I have still not been refunded. No email or SMS was sent to notify me that there was a mistake from Discovery, or an apology. I have only been with Discover for a month now, and this is what is happening?

The lady that assisted me yesterday (I did not get her name) was really helpful and understanding.
I was mostly upset that the funds where taken, as per converstaion on REF# ********** 929, with no prior warning, or an apology email for a double debit order that turned into a triple payment. Everything has been sorted, Thank you Discovery.
