ACCOUNT DEBITED ON CANCELLED MEDICAL AID MEMEBERSHIP

I submitted a notice that my mother had passed away and I got confirmation that the medical aid has been stopped and I will not get debited at the end of August. I had submitted her death certificate and also got confirmafion of membership cancellation. I was the premium payer for the medical aid.

To my surprise, I got debited and now its a long process to get that money back!!

DISCOVERY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, NOW!!
