Account cannot assis with recon of payment

Please advise why you still have debit orders on my account when my medical is been deducted from my salary??

This month Discovery received 2627 +2627+2574??

I'm going to return the debit order and put a stop on it.

I still waiting for my recon. Clearly the account department is *********** to do there is work or provide the necessary recon.
