<p>Discovery never informed me I have outstanding amount on my medical savings , I had to find out from an sms from an unknow number, I request a statement which they sent to me in March. I settled the outstanding amount of R 3149.31 and sent the proof of payment in March still. Yesterday 05 July I get a call from someone in Cape Town informing me that I still owe discovery for the medical savings the same amount of R 3149.31 that I have paid in March. I never got a feedback that the account has been settled or any response from them which makes me wonder exactle how much should I pay so that I can finally this amount of R 3149.31.</p>

A day later still no feedback for on my query, one wonders if this is an acceptable level of competence we should be getting from an organisation like Discovery. If it was a debt a feedback would have been much quicker
