Access Payment

In Jan 2015 I had to pay a access payment on a claim to the amount of R1 232.79 that occurred in October 2014.This was the first notification. An EFT transfer was made to Discovery on 27 Jan 2015 with my medical Aid number as references. Since then I keep on receiving an account for the outstanding amount after numerous calls to the Discovery Call Centre and a personal visit to the Centurion Discovery Offices the matter is still outstanding I am really at wits end.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Kobus Davel<br> <br>
