Abusive treatment by discover mediical aid

Discovery is so disrespectful. After agreeing on a debit order payment on my outstanding amount when I exited their medical aid they decided to stop the debit order and black list me for a mere R278 on transunion.

They claim to have been contact with me if what reason instead of allowing the debit order to run till I fully settle the account it so irritating.

They chose to bully me with blacklisting and they have not provided any communication in writing or indication to reach me.

The effort to write an email after blacklisting should have been made to notify me prior in time.

Please note I am able to pay this amount in full but I will not allow the bullying and lawlessness you are applying.

It is un called for and I am prepared to counter act legally
