Abusive medical aid

So this past February I went to my gp to get a referral to go to an orthopedic as my back is giving me issues. My gp organized me a referral letter and a special authorization number to go from discovery.

Just to find out that it was rejected. Why you may ask. Well they want me to get a authorization number before going.

How did I find out it wasn't paid. I got smsed by a collection agency stating that they sent the statement to my email. Bull****!

I didn't get **** via email. So I called the collection agency and they promised to follow up and get back to me. They promised I didn't asked they told me thats what they will do. To date nothing! Nothing! The thing is still not paid. And between discovery not doing their job and not giving a **** even though I get super charged for a medical shir aid based on my income I end up with **** service telling me to follow up. To add to that the collection agency and orthopedic doctors dont give a **** they just and it over to collectors. Same goes for my gp. Everyone is ***** to get their cash while sitting on their ass.

Heres a news flash. On the weekend of the 13th during my only rest time of ,I am reporting all 4 parties. And the fact that I have to waist the little time I have for myself to sort out to these capitalists. You can be damn sure I will report them to the extreme.

As for discovery medical aid. The fact that you charge more based on your income its clear you dont give a **** about lives. Every year hicking your prices, sucking the marrow out of everything.
