Absurd Discovery Medical Aid, Every day new stories...

I have a hospital plan with Discovery Medical Aid that covers if I visit Emergency and if I get admitted in their network Hospital, it should be covered. At first they paid then they reversed with code - 674 (We did not pay this claim because member's Health Plan Excludes cover for it, Member is responsible for it). When it comes to pay the bills, they refused to pay Emergency bills and partially they paid Hospital bills, completely nuisance.. Very pathetic Medical Aid. I am sick and tired of this medical Aid.
