Absolutley Shocking Treatment from Discovery Health

I have never experienced such a negative unproductive unhelpful and quite honestly heartless interaction. Discovery medical aid refused me my basic right to car and i was denied an emergency hospital admission after i was in a car crash due to a clerical error on their side. I now have lawyers hounding me for payment even though Discovery eventually agreed to pay the PMB, they still keep rejecting the claims even though its in writing. They thereafter cancelled my medical aid for no reason even though i paid it and have sent proof several times. The call centre was just useless and i escalated to the Principal Officer who just sent me some jargon and also never responded after that. I do not have the words to describe how unfair this treatment has been and how frustrating it is to trry and fix as they just seem to possess no common sense. I have requested a Client Relationship Manager to contact me but that also was ignored several times. I have now received a request for outstanding payment for 15k, 15k!!! when my premium is 1.5k, I really cant beleive the level of unaccountability and the unprofessional manner in which they conduct business. I would never recommend Discovery Health to anyone, the product offering is great but the after service is less than pathetic.
