Absolutley Disgusting Service.

I cancelled my medical aid in the month that I was supposed to cancel a month almost later I get this email saying I owe Discovery money for medical savings used. I have asked why I have too pay this as I stopped my medical aid on the right time. I have had no answers from Discovery only threats. When I speak too people they say nothing they jusy send me back a form I must fill in too pay the full the ammount. I cannot pay the full ammount. I said too them twice I can only pay back the ammount monthly as was discussed in the mail. Discovery has not contacted me back. I have only received a another threat saying I will be handed over. What is wrong with Discovery. Does it only cater too the rich. Now I know why I left Discovery.
