Absolutely shocking service

If i could give zero stars i would have gladly done so. This is my second complaint as commenting on this first one did not get me anywhere. This service is absolutely ridiculous. On the 3rd of October i was sent a mail advising that my complaint is being attended to and that it wil take 2 to 3 days before i get feedback. Well we are now on the 18th. I realy just want this sorted and move to a different company one that appreciates clients and that will actually not mess up like this
