Absolutely ridiculous service

Most ludicrous experience, I thought Discovery is more professional than what I've experienced so far. Trying to join Discovery Health, different representatives saying different things but, regardless, I sent all the documents they requested. Now they keep saying I need to send them those same documents... Even sent JPG versions of the one file when THEIR pdf glitched, but they still keep asking for the same documents. It's been a month now, only feedback I get is that I need to send the SAME documents.
