Absolutely pathetic!

I am utterly disgusted at the ********** service you people render to your clients. Since January I have been asking for my new Medical aid card to be delivered to my office address, now its 4 months later. I need to entrust my health with an organization that I cannot even trust with the little things. Absolutely pathetic!
