ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!! :-)

If I could give more stars, I would. I went for a small op. last year, had tests done, received the results and the bill that was covered by Discovery and thought that was that....... Until last week..... I received a notification from Discovery stating that a claim put through did not reach them in time and therefore was rejected and I would have to pay the service provider myself. I quickly phoned Discovery and told them my story and KIRSHEN SAMBIAH was the absolute friendliest, most polite and most helpful person I have spoken to. He told me not to worry, he would get this sorted for me, and after only 2 days, he called me back and it was sorted..... I was shocked. I was speechless. Kirshen had obviously made it a top priority for me. I have been with Discovery for about 10 years and to this day I have no complaints.... I am very happy that I have stuck with them as a medical aid provider for myself and my family. KEEP UP THE VERY GOOD WORK DISCOVERY :-) :-)
