Absolutely disappointed in Discovery!!!

So I stayed at Ethekweni Hospital last year in March and receive a bill for almost 10k from Colmed Debt Administration for almost 10k. They are demanding this money from me. We have been with Discovery for so long...so are my entire family. We pay around 8k a month for our medical aid. I was in hospital for 3 days and you refuse to pay for the last 2 days. Discovery says the reasons are not good enough. I had a migraine that was excruciating that is caused by my epilepsy. Dr Khan had me there to carry out ruitine tests etc. Im sorry but this is the reason we have medical aid. Because ppl cannot afford hospital stays etc. And now you refuse to pay because your drs say the reason for the stay was not sufficient? ?? I will fight Discovery on this! You cannot discriminate amongst illness!!! My name is Thejal Padayachee and my id is ***. My number is ***. Discovery please get this sorted because we cannot affors this. Maybe we should stop our medical aid then and pay this because we have all been affected by this Virus and people are at their lowest and have no money. We would expect Discovery to help as much as they can during these times.
