Absolutely Disappointed

I am actually still in shock as to the treatment we received from Discovery Health. They basically called my mother and myself ***** for apparently not disclosing a pre-existing condition. The reason my mom went to the doctor was to find out what was wrong as she did not even know she had any sort of condition hence no disclosure required. They basically told us that they do not want us as members and immediately without any further consideration cancelled our Medical Aid. I have never in my life been treated so badly.. I am sure prisoners that have committed crimes are treated better.
