Absolute rouges! Will not pay claims

After a legit emergency room visit in the middle of the night, Discovery Medical aid thereafter found every reason NOT to pay for items claimed. They first charged my MSA, and then charged a co-payment on a CT scan (for an emergency - contrary to their own scheme rules). They are supposed to pay the FULL hospital account in the case of an emergency. I suppose I just enjoy going to the hospital in the middle of the night? Netcare and their low life “Saya debt recoveries” have hounded me for weeks now, for money that should have been paid by the scheme. This scheme is so dishonest, all while milking South Africans with their high premiums. Had I not gone through their own scheme rules - I wouldn’t have known better. How many more people are they doing this to? Will be going to the ombudsman, if they don’t correct this immediately. I also want the money put back into my MSA.
