Absolute incompetence: Chronic Illness Benefit

I emailed two CIB applications for both my sons on 08/05/2015, making it quite clear in the body of my email that it was two separate applications. I received feedback for one on 11/05/2015. I then responded later that same day that I was still awaiting feedback for my other son. Yesterday, I receive the SAME feedback that I was sent on 11/05/2015. Today is 14/05/2015 and my second son does not have asthma medication because Chronic Illness could not be bothered to read their emails properly.

Trying to get through to MedXpress for my own Chronic medication is just as frustrating:

1. 08/05/2015. Call *** and select correct option. Line rings. Then cuts. Please tell me that is not a call centre agent avoiding their turn in a queue on a Friday afternoon.
2. Call *** again and select correct option. Mothali answers - says I can speak to someone in the MedXpress team.
3. Angela answers - confirms script is captured - I need to speak to Pharmacy to issue the drug.
4. Call cuts.

At this rate, I'd rather drive to Dischem or Clicks because this is not making it easy for me.
