ABSOLUTE DISASTER.
BEWARE! Unfortunately theres no option for -5 Star review. Terrible service, both medical aid and vitaity customer service are dismal and absolute horrid. Unqualified, untrained, unprofessional and even disrespectful stuff members failed to sign my wife and myself up for 14 DAYS . Making all kinds of stupid excuses of duplicate account and etc. their iOS app is utterly useless
For fact one of the WORST service ever received and definitely single MOST contemptuous, miserable service ever received from an insurance company.
STAY AWAY.
