Absolute bunch of idiots

I tried calling the tel number *** and i followed the prompts until i needed an otp. they never sent the otp. I then decided I will use the website. On login they also required an otp however that otp also does not come thrugh Then i decided i will use the app and again they needed an otp to login and still no otp came.

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone if your otp service is not working. You have horrible customer service. I cant understand why people think you are a professional organisation when you are no more competent than an inanimate object

Get ahold of me asap. its an emergency and we cant contact you
