Absolute ******** behaviour from discovery

After my last complaint I received a response to say Discovery Health will attend to my complaint. Guess what they did? They resent the amounts saying final demand? I have taken discovery to the ombudsman and I have also opened a case against discovery and I will sue them. This absolutely ridiculous and disgusting and their staff are absolutely ***********. Amending bills because their system had an error and they can’t fix it? We will meet at the ombudsman and discovery is being sued.
