About to be black listed as ac****t not paid

I have tried for over 2 months to resolve the issue of Lancet lab accounts with Discovery. They said that the account was rejected as their was no referring doctor. This was rectified and sent to discovery.<br> <br> They first could not locate the new account and after giving the reference number they found and promised to get the account paid. At the 3rd attempt, I was furious and spoke to a manger who promised to resolve. This has still not been done.<br> <br> I am assisting my mother who is 89 and she is very worried as they are threatening her to be black listed due to the lack of care and follow up from Discovery staff. this is totally un acceptable. I also rep**** to a mail asking me if I was happy with the service . Again od deaf ears. I am now fed up with this poor service
