A year on and still no result
The saga doesn't end. Since 1 April 2015 this issue is NOT RESOLVED. I have been listed on ITC now for this account. I paid twice now and STILL I get listed. INCOMPETENCE! My company has three medical aid options. I think it is time I chose another medical aid.
