A service worth praising

Richard Koorn went above and beyond to assist and resolve the issue I had with Discovery medical aid after being so frustrated with the communication I was receiving with regards to my long covid treatment being covered. Richard did not call to explain the rules of the scheme but he went ahead to assist to the extent of getting some codes approved which did not fall under PMB.

Richard you restored my faith in Discovery and showed that proper customer service is not dead and I thank you
