A million thank you's

<p>Today 14/09/2016 I dealt with a lady at Discovery with regards to my medical aid application that was having a few issues. If I could rate the service I just received more than a 5 it would be about 100.</p> <p> </p> <p>What an absolute pleasure dealing with her! If only every person in customer services and simi**** fields of work treated their customers as this incredible woman just treated me. She went completely out of her way and solved my issue in less than 20 minutes. Which she did not have to do.</p> <p>Amy Bennette it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you, you have definitely restored my faith in the customer service field!</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery give this damn woman a Bells!!!</p>
