a million excuses to not pay a claim

I have over the last 3 weeks tried and tried again to get discovery to pay for a CHEAPER alternative to my wound care saved them in one month 30 K but they still come back with excuses and incorrect processing of the claim . so quick to take your debit order so quick to make you pay ... its a joke i am saving them money and more than like in the long term it would have been close to 100K but they still cant pay 5.5K......... common sense ?????
