A lack of compassion and the human element is missing

My husband and I are having marital problems and have had a separation.

I app**** to Discovery to be on my own independent medical aid with my kids.

I cannot afford the same medical aid as my husband as I am home bound.

But I was told numerous times by new business, that I could not apply to be on a lower medical aid option, I must stay on the same medical aid option as previously with my husband.

In essence, I cannot apply for a new policy with Discovery where I am the main member on the option I can afford.

The only time, I would be allowed to be on a lower option is if I submit Divorce letters.

As expected, my medical aid premiums were not paid for the month and my child slipped and hurt her chin. No cover.

I app**** to Bonitas and was accepted on the lower option.

I feel like I am get pushed around and bul**** and its being justified by the rules and regulations. A lack of compassion and the human element is missing. Why employ people when all that matters is the computers output.
