A fantastic product with exceptional service

I fell ill while travelling in the US and was admitted to hospital for two emergency operations and an 11 days in hospital. I had not taken additional medical insurance for the trip but knew that I had my Discovery Health Classic Core Medical Aid which would cover me for 90 days out of South Africa. <br> Through Discovery's outsource partners, International SOS, they handled absolutely everything related to my hospital stay and accounts and then went a step further. Int SOS even assisted both me and my niece - who had remained in the US to assist me - by booking all our flights home complete with medical assistance. This was no mean feat as my discharge dates kept changing and flight delays caused connections to be missed.<br> All hospital expenses were covered in full including the additional assistance I needed to get back home.<br> I cannot praise International SOS and Discovery enough! They delivered completely on their product promise and fulfilled their service in style!<br>
