While on hold for 18 minutes and counting I am able to write a review....send a request to find out what portion of a procedure Discovery is not going to pay! Got a pdf password protected response back one day later. Password did not work. Request assistance to get the password the next day. And herewith the solution ; Please contact the authorization department. Still no answer and still on hold 22 minutes and counting.
