A bucket of lies
On the 10th of March we contacted discovery we wanted to do a reinstatement of membership we were told to pay the March premium and complete the declaration of health form, we did just that and returned everything to them on the 15th March, then we received an email on the 16th March saying that we need to make three months worth of payment I sent a follow up email on the same day as we were not informed of such they then responded on the 17th to say we need to pay the month's of which we were not on the medical to make it up to date. We made the outstanding payment on the 31st of March we forwarded the proof of payment to them.
In April we received and SMS saying membership is now active. To our surprise all the money we paid was sent back thereafter and the debit order for May did not go off. I contacted them today they said that on the 31st the 90 days had passed membership siezed to be active on the 31st of December meaning that January to March 30th was 89 days. And we made payment on the 90th day so we were still with the 90 days. Hence we received an SMS as confirmation membership.
So I am not sure how this now changed and them saying we were over the 90 days for me does not make sense. If they didn't want to reinstate it they should have said so initially than giving us run arounds.
