A BIG THANK YOU

I just want to say a BIG thank you from the bottom of my heart to Qwen (unfortunately I don't know her surname) who assisted me with my authorization for my operation next week. I know that she is from the Port Elizabeth call center. Not only did she assist me with my CCSA Treatment code query but she also did it in my home language which is Afrikaans. I had so many questions as I phoned 3 times due to queries I had on the authorization I received and she was very friendly, helpful and understanding ALL the time. She was even willing to stay on the phone until I received my email with the authorization so that she could make sure all is now in order. Qwen, I feel that you are really a true gem and THANK YOU once again.
