A Bad Cover with no Radiologist or Urologist doctors on board Key care Start plan

My sons took out medical aid for the first time , guess what he went to see a doctor on the Start network that need to refer him to a specialist radiologist Urology, Discovery does not even have one. now his in pain at home. Kidney stones. I hate this medical aid they good enough to take you funds and tell you what doctors you can see but they don't even have doctors that service that plan nor any radiologists I am i mother watching her child suffer while they gladly take the medical aid contribution how is that treating a customer fairly. its been 4 days since doctor found blood in his urine with extreme back pain.
